The project leaves the Dikmen Valley in a completely green area and offers a third connection horizontally on the valley that separates the two neighborhoods as a cleft on the city floor. By examining the two existing connections in terms of their functions and locations, the design offers a walking axle that clings to the ends of the two neighborhoods and envelops the valley wall.
